oxio needed to mental availability in a low-trust Internet Service Provider category, where Canadians default to price shopping and see providers as complex, manipulative, and interchangeable.

Instead of competing on short-term deals, we positioned oxio around fairness and simplicity. By behaving like a healthy relationship rather than a telecom, the brand could stand out as the honest, reliable choice worth sticking with.

CREATIVE

We brought our customer-first values to life by celebrating the weird reality of being online. A distinct playful, internet-native world supported with messaging around simplicity and fairness in a category that rarely feels any of those things.
